Filming with 35mm Cinema Cameras

Crimson Chain Productions is setup to shoot on 35mm film, if your production needs it (if not, see our High Definition Video page). We own two 35mm cinema cameras, which means you don’t have to pay those excessively expensive rental fees, which can add thousands to a commercial budget.

These Konvas 35mm cinema cameras are setup to do commercial work with their beautiful, sharp, and contrasty cinema lenses. Although we have zooms, we really like to use our complete set of prime lenses. Prime lenses mean less glass to go through, resulting in a sharper picture. We own a wide variety of lenses, including a set of anamorphic lenses, so that the budget doesn’t have to be inflated by expensive lens rental fees either. We aim to please.

The cost of film and/or video production is really relative to your budget, so it can be as expensive or inexpensive as you want. If your budget requires high end broadcast work, an extensive time-lapse, or film work that requires travel to the ends of the Earth, then, as you may have guessed, it will be more expensive than a small three or four shot production, But no matter the size of the production, we can work with you to fulfill your needs.

Need a smaller budget spot? We have a decently sized library of stock footage in film, High Definition Video that can aid in lowering the potential budget. Since we specialize in Television/Web advertising, you can rest assured that you will get the best bang for your buck.

Don’t know where to start? We can also create an entire advertising campaign for you, if necessary, since we also do print media, including newspapers, magazines, and even business cards that can best match your advertising campaign strategy. Your budget is the ultimate deciding factor.

We produce commercial spots, promotional advertising & marketing videos, industrial videos, corporate videos, real estate videos, music videos, features, & the occasional short film. We can perform all parts of the production in-house, including writing, directing, editing, and animation.
